PBICVR Donates Civil Right Books
(Pine Bluff, Arkansas) - Recently, Pastors on Patrol, a faith-based group within the PBICVR, donated books on civil rights and copies of the United States Constitution to the Pine Bluff High School Library in remembrance of the March on Washington, which took place on August 28, 1963.
