JCSO Deputy graduates from Academy
On August 2, 2024 Deputy Mauricia Bennett of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) graduated from the Basic Law Enforcement Training Course held at the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy, Camden, AR.
This 13-week, 585-hour course is designed to train students in the basic duties of a law enforcement officer who serve in the state of Arkansas. Once completing this course and completing a 1-year probationary period, deputies will be certified law enforcement officers in the state of Arkansas.
We are proud of Deputy Bennett's hard work, resilience, and dedication displayed during this training period and look forward to seeing her move forward in her career as a law enforcement officer with the JCSO.
